Great tool! Personally, I use it only to Scout. But the "Boot Lovers" can use it to modify everything: transfers budget, club sponsors, players stats, and much more!
FMRTEv2.0232 was made to 9.2.0 version. It gives you a real time (in-game) scout with all-access.
There are others like FMRTEv2.0232 but not such good as it.
By the way... Immuner's FM Scout 1.2 doesn't work right!
